Welcome to AI Arena. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use AI Arena. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the app. Some of our AI models may have additional age restrictions.

3. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the AI Arena application on devices that you own or control.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, rent or otherwise distribute the app to third parties
• Use the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law

4. User Conduct

When using AI Arena, you agree not to:

• Use the app to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to bypass any usage limitations or payment requirements
• Use automated scripts to interact with the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Collect or harvest any information from the app

5. AI Models and Third-Party Services

AI Arena provides access to various AI models developed by third parties. Each model has its own capabilities, limitations, and terms of use. We do not control the responses generated by these models and are not responsible for their content.

Your use of these AI models is also subject to the terms and policies of their respective providers. We recommend reviewing these terms before using specific models.

6. Point System and Payments

AI Arena uses a point system to manage access to different AI models. Points may be purchased through in-app purchases or earned through promotional activities.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify the point system, including point costs for specific models, at any time.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to AI Arena. However, by using the app, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, publicly display, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AI Arena at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

AI Arena is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will always be safe, secure, or error-free, or that it will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by other means. Your continued use of AI Arena after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
